Terms of Service

1. The service
Speka is a marketplace for guest posts and link insertions on third-party websites. When you place an order, our in-house team arranges publication on the listed site according to the listing's stated terms (link type, turnaround, content rules).
We are the merchant of record for your order. We are not the publisher of the third-party sites and do not control their long-term editorial decisions, though we monitor placements and enforce our guarantee.
2. Accounts
You need an account to order. Keep your credentials safe — activity under your login is your responsibility. You must be able to form a binding contract (18+ in most places).
We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, chargebacks without cause, abuse of staff, or attempts to game the review system.
3. Orders & delivery
Each listing shows its price and typical turnaround. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, but our money-back placement guarantee (see Refund Policy) applies if an order is not published as described.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your target URL, anchor text, and supplied content. We may reject content that is illegal, deceptive, or violates the publishing site's rules — in that case you get a full refund.
4. Content standards
No illegal content, malware, phishing, counterfeit goods, or content targeting minors. Restricted niches (crypto, casino, CBD, adult) are only accepted on sites explicitly flagged as accepting them.
Our editors may flag risky anchor-text requests. We'd rather warn you than quietly take your money.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in USD and charged per order — no subscriptions, no top-ups.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect damages — lost rankings, lost profits, or search-engine algorithm changes. SEO outcomes depend on many factors we don't control, and nobody can honestly promise you specific rankings.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
