Refund Policy
Effective July 2026 · Plain-English draft — have your lawyer review before relying on it.
1. The placement guarantee
If your order is not published as described in the listing — wrong site, wrong link type, missing anchor, never published — you choose: an instant full refund or a placement on a comparable site.
Payment is only kept when the placement is delivered as described. That's the whole deal.
2. Claim window
After delivery you have 7 days to open a ticket about any problem with the placement. We'll fix it, credit you, or refund depending on the issue.
3. Link-drop protection
Placements are meant to be permanent. We monitor them after publication; if a link drops or the article is removed, open a ticket — we re-place it on the same or a comparable site, or refund you.
4. What's not refundable
Orders published correctly and matching the listing are delivered services. Refunds aren't available because rankings didn't move, you changed your mind after publication, or the target page itself was changed or removed by you.
5. Chargebacks & fraud
Open a ticket before disputing a charge — we resolve most issues within hours. Chargebacks filed on correctly delivered orders are treated as fraud and lead to account suspension and evidence submission to the payment processor.
6. How refunds arrive
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
